Old coatings, adhesives, and contaminants removed with biodegradable chemistry — not mechanical grinding. No silica dust. No toxic fumes. No HVAC contamination. The slab is profiled to the exact spec required.
Substrate Restoration & Leveling
Cracks repaired. Sunken slabs lifted with polyurethane foam. Moisture barriers installed. Self-leveling or gypsum underlayment pumped to create a flat substrate. Every step by ATR crews — never subcontracted out.
Finished Floor Installation
